There was a problem with hotel elevator which was fixed the same day. I also had a problem with housekeeping, however, one call to the front desk and the problem was solved. Front desk was pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the view from my room was to die for.

I was absolutely embarrassed by the Front Desk Manager Maggie at this property. Her attitude really needs some attention. I was wrongfully accused, and even when she found out that she was wrong, she did not even apologize. I will never stay here again. I was a customer here just like everyone else staying there, it was not a free night, I was paying just like everyone else. I don't care what I look like, I did not deserve to be treated the way that Maggie treated me. Tiara was very pleasant. Maggie could learn, a thing or two from her staff.
