Good hotel. Great facilities, but professionalism of front desk staff is lacking.
Initiative to go beyond job description of management staff during breakfast rush was poor.

The most important parts of any hotel stay were well covered here. The room was immaculate, the beds were lovely, the staff were friendly, and the room was secure. I would definitely stay here again. But...
The 'included breakfast' was non-existent for us. Perhaps the long weekend had a higher occupancy than usual and the hotel was not prepared, but we went for breakfast just after 8am and all the hot foods were gone. Cereal and milk were mostly gone. Coffee and juice were stocked, however. If I'm not to have any food, then I'd prefer a lower room rate.
The pool looked murky and we avoided it, though the hot tub was clear and clean. My husband mentioned this to the staff and they promptly tested the water. The levels were apparently all where they should be, but the water looked a little dodgy. It WAS a long weekend, so perhaps it was just a lot of people covered in sunscreen that dirtied the water?

Noisy air-conditioning is the only problem. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
