Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed The lady at the front desk was wonderful. The house keeping left something to be desired. They failed to empty our coffee grounds, forgot to leave new coffee on one morning. The toilet seat was broken and was replaced a seat that was too small for the toilet. We told the front desk lady just to forget changing it the second time until till we left. The couch bottomed out and we had a lot of trouble getting up from it. We requested a second chair and a second luggage bench which were proved promptly. It was also evident that the carpet was not vacuumed during our stay. We were there a week. Breakfast was good, the bed comfortable. Choices on tv was not good. Front desk lady was wonderful. February 2, 2016

The staff is always excellent and welcoming, as well as located near many restaurants. Snicker-doodle cookies are fresh and easily accessible. Thanks for all the great stays. January 27, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Supervision on Onsite Person who checked me in was rude, condescending and oblivious to any of my reservation requests. She refused to contact any management team to straighten out my room request by reservation. I found out later she was new and frankly should not have been left to work with the guests until her customer service skills were at least SATISFACTORY. I spoke to the manager after day 2 (she was out of town) she had heard but yet nobody contacted me to try to resolve the issue while I was there. Rooms are nice, smell a bit musty but that kind of went away. Breakfast is not served until 6:30 am and there were at least 15 people WAITING since 6 am both mornings for something to eat or drink, this seems like a late breakfast start time. Breakfast options are better at cheaper hotels. Don't come for the food. Not sure I would stay here again, although the manager did address concerns, but not until my check out and I had to bring it up. January 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellant Staff I stay in Hotels all over the USA about 40 weeks a year. About 8 weeks in Goshen. I would rate the staff here as the best that I experience all year. When I am there I feel as much at home as one can feel. That experience is all created by your General Manager Trina and her Assistant Teresa. Teresa has always been kind and helpful with all request. If more employees were as conscientious about their work as Teresa we would have more efficient business's. My hats off to Trina and Teresa for creating a highly professional staff. Can't wait to get back to Goshen. To all the staff members at Goshen, Salute. December 16, 2015
