Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was nice in the morning there were 2 college track teams staying at inn. They were well behaved but poor lady that was in charge of replenishing food was wayyyyyy overwhelmed. At one point there was a line all the way around the breakfast room and down the hall. Very unfair to her that she had no help. Friday evening we had about 16 people in the breakfast room having a good time. We were getting a bit noisey. A gentleman working the late shift came in and very nicely asked us if we could keep noise down. He was very nice and professional. Road out front was busy and I have never seen or heard so many trains in my life. This is not the inns fault it is just an observation. Inn was clean and rooms were also clean. Staff was friendly. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good for a short stay I enjoyed my time at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was polite and professional. The internet was easy to use and pretty fast for a hotel. I had to use the business center to print out some documents for work, and it was fairly easy to use. I had trouble using the fax machine, as the machine kept eating my paper, but the front desk staff was able to help me by allowing me to use their fax machine in the back, which I really appreciated. Overall all, I would recommend this hotel. April 26, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not impressed When I booked it said they had a pool and I was looking forward to it. After checking in I went to check out the pool. upon finding it, I found a sign on the door stating the pool was closed. I asked at the desk and was informed it would be closed until later in the week, but was not offered any compensation or even a sorry. My grandson has two more years at Goshen College but I probably won't be staying in Goshen again. April 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Needs just a few tweaks. Overall our experience was very good. I have a few things that would get it a five star rating from me. Brighter overhead lighting in the guest room would help. The staff responded by bringing us extra floor lamps. The breakfast was only okay. Better quality and selection would help. April 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by comfprtable, but staff members did not try to help with my problems The hotel itself is nice, but I was staying long term, and when I arrived back from going home for a weekend, I found all of my food, clothing, toiletries, and supplies for work to be gone, and someone else was in my room. I did not receive a phone call or anything to notify me of my checkout. The staff took 3 days of me consistently asking them questions to get me an answer that all my stuff was thrown out, and only after I pressed that they needed to replace my belongings action was taken. They did not care at all about my problems, and tried to just sweep it under the rug. I left and stayed at a different hotel the rest of my stay in Goshen. April 16, 2015
