Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Onsite Manager We had a little problem with our phone and tv. The manager came directly to our help and did the maintenance for us. She said they had lost their maintenance man and she was learning how to do many things. She was very polite and friendly and we thank her for her quick help. Everything was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good except they had no little cinnamon rolls! June 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grand Blanc has the best Hotel/Holiday Inn and I have traveled a lot ! The Holiday Inn was more than I expected. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. It sets in a business/medical type setting and had a small wild life pond view from our window. The bed was very comfortable. The TV offered more than most. Cleanliness is what I noticed most. I am a stickler if a room doesn't smell fresh and sheets, toilets, tubs etc. aren't cleaned to my standard. I have walked out in other more costly hotels even. I was very pleased and will recommend this place to everyone. I would stay again! It is convenient to I75. The shopping , restaurants, and hospital are just down the street. But the overall reason it was better than most was the staff. The desk clerk greeted us with a smile, The housekeeping was perfect, the lady that took care of the hot breakfast went over board in keeping things stocked and being so pleasant to everyone. It was the staff that made the place unique from most. June 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not Horrible We were in town for a wedding. Our room's toilet was broken and it took two reminders to the staff to finally get it fixed. In addition the paint job in the room was horrible especially in the corners. Also we were told the shuttle service would be available to get to the wedding venue. The 315pm shuttle we were promised never left and my husband ended up having to drive us to the venue. When we booked we were never told that we could not travel between rooms to visit our other friends that were staying in the hotel. They call it the "anti-party" clause. June 2, 2015
