Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff except Houskeeping I enjoyed my stay here because the staff went out there way to make it happen for me.. I cam late for check in and was greeted warmly and told about everything that hotel had to offer. Special Kudos to Sandra who gave special care at the Breakfast buffet. Thanks for the soft butter. Also to the young ladies at the desk who provided me with my private shuttle just because I asked if the nearby restaurant delivered, and the did not. Awesome service. Now Housekeeping was a different story. I stayed there for four nights and the second day my work finished early so when i came back the room was not made up. A housekeeping staff came by like around 4:30pm to ask if i wanted my room cleaned. It was way too late so I said no and just give me clean towels. The next day I worked a full day got back after 6pm and the room was not cleaned but they did leave clean towels. I called down to front desk and they said that housekeeping said they did clean the room. I guess they forgot to make the beds. And no, I didn't leave any personal Items on them. Also Just wished they had a Whirlpool. November 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Phenomenal service the bed was awesome but the pillows are the kind that squish down to nothing. We had a hot tub room and the hot tub was huge! It could easily fit two people 250 lbs each. We had a small issue with the people above us being very loud as they were walking and stomping on the floor and the staff took care of the issue above my satisfaction. November 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Flagship Staff and Property This is one of my favorite properties within the IHG brand - here and Sandpoint, Idaho - both have well trained staff, ALWAYS thank you for being a Priority Club member, and usually get upgraded - something other properties don't do (I realize it is based on availability) but saying "thank you" is a simple thing that makes the customer feel recognized. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unclean Room - Staff not invested Arrived to find used soap and shampoo in the bathroom and much much worse, blood on the bed linens. When calling the night staff (I was a late arrival) their first question was if I wanted to have someone come up to change the sheets. I requested a new room, and was given a new room but that was it. No apology from the night staff - I actually think they thought I was the inconvenience. No apology from the morning manager when I checked out. I'm sure my concern was never passed on. November 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sister's reunion a success The main things I was concerned about were safety, comfortable beds, cleanliness, lots of space, having all the amenities we needed and a reasonable price. I was nicely surprised to get all of that but the cost was a little high I thought. I don't travel a lot but I thought a Holiday Inn Express would cost less than their standard hotels. I was proud that I had found a good place to meet and the reunion was a success. Thank you. November 10, 2014
