We got in very late on Christmas eve and got checked in right away. Our room was very comfortable, the staff was attentive, the food was good.
We ended up having to leave one day early due to an impending snow storm. I called the desk at about noon and told them we'd be leaving around 2pm, and they said they understood completely, had my bill ready and I didn't get charged for the last night, even though I checked out so late.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I called to confirm late check in, was told it would be fine and gave an approx. time of arrival. We got there and our room had been given to someone else with NO comparable room available. Once we finally got a room; our keys would not work. We had to have the desk manager let us in after several attempts to reset the key cards; he had to use a master key...we could not even leave our room to access hot tub, pool, breakfast, etc. without it being a huge hassle! The room was cold to top it off; it basically ruined our New Years!!

This is our third time staying at Holiday Inn Express Heber City. We have always had good service. Our rooms have been comfortable and clean.

The Staff without being asked placed all of our family near each other based on our last names being the same which made it real nice as we were able to be near our grandkids and have fun with them.

ANY issues tha happened during this stay during the night was quickly resolved with out much inconvenience for the hotel guests ***There was a HOT WATER issue lat night 11/01/2014 but there was not much inconvenience****Hotel staff very efficiently handle the unforeseen surprise situation.
