Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tisha23 Great hotel for the money. Perfect location. Comfortable!
After a long day of snowmobiling, this was the perfect place to relax. There are lots of nearby restaurants. We didn't use the pool and hot tub but it looked very nice. Our beds were comfy and the room was very clean. I'd stay here again.

It's a good hotel with an excellent staff. The wifi, however, is mostly worthless. I've stayed in this hotel over 20 times and the wifi is always bad. Super irritating but not driving me elsewhere.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hetr45 Nice but should be better
It appears to be a nice hotel and is conveniently located, however there were some maintenance issues with our rooms even after changing rooms once. There was a lot of snow on the roof and perhaps that's why on the last day there was a drip of water coming into the bathroom through the ceiling vent into the toilet. A bit disturbing to feel water drip on you from above - luckily we were on the top floor so it wasn't something else. The first room we got had a large wet patch in the rug for unexplained reasons so they let us change immediately. The TV remote channel button didn't work and the in-room coffeemaker took 1/2 hour to make a few cups. The coffee in the breakfast room was so weak you could see the bottom of your cup through it and for 2 of our 3 days there the "juice" dispenser held only lemonade and water. As others noted the only fruit was a whole unripe banana. It didn't appear that the rooms were cleaned much during our stay, just minimally. There was a odd smell in both rooms. My niece had to walk her laptop to the lobby every time she needed to connect to the "in-room" wireless system, but then it stayed connected upon returning to the room. The pool was initially too cold for swimming but warmed up a bit the next day. Fortunately the beds are very good and there was plenty of heat. This could be a much nicer hotel but I fear there are corners being cut to save $.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tim4766 Great getaway
We spent two nights at years end. Though the hotel was very busy, completely full the second night, the entire staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating.
Our only suggestion would be to see if the hotel can cut down a little bit on the chlorine in the hot tub. It got to your eyes pretty quickly and we couldn't stay in as long as we had wanted.
Otherwise, the rooms were great and the price was very reasonable, especially for a holiday weekend.
We will definitely go back.

First time staying in Heber City. What a relaxing stay. We were in suite. Beds were comfortable. It was nice having separate area to just relax. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reallthang nice pool and hot, hot tub
Great rooms for the value. Like most, won't reserve adjoining rooms but we ended up with them together. The breakfast was ok. No fresh fruit besides green bananas but my kids (ages 10-17) were happy and didn't complain. They loved the abundance of sausage patties and cheese omelets!
The pool was warm and the hot tub was great, nice and big. Loved having the mini fridge and microwave in each room. The beds were fine, we have enjoyed nicer beds, but the hotels were much more expensive. Overall a good room for the price.
