Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great bed When we arrived at our room and opened the door someone was already in the room, then the staff had changed the room but forgot to let the other person know, did get us in our room. The hair dryer didn't work and if you tried to shower in the evening you had cold water. Also both times we've stayed at this property the vending machines have not been stocked. I know this is not their job, but I would think that on a sold out weekend the hospitality manager would let the vending company know that they needed extra service. Not to many options but Park City looks pretty good next year. November 6, 2014

I had booked on the internet and asked for a room on the first floor and that message didn't get to the desk. I would suggest another way to book. Go directly if possible. November 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed our stay We really like the Heber City Holiday Inn Express. I believe it is overpriced though. There should be a lower rate to attend a funeral. It is not considerate to only offer AAA rate when the trip is unexpected. We are loyal to Holiday Inns, but now that the bereavement rate is no longer available, we will have to rethink where we stay when traveling last minute to attend a funeral. Please reconsider and reinstate bereavement rates. October 31, 2014
