Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service We got in very late on Christmas eve and got checked in right away. Our room was very comfortable, the staff was attentive, the food was good. We ended up having to leave one day early due to an impending snow storm. I called the desk at about noon and told them we'd be leaving around 2pm, and they said they understood completely, had my bill ready and I didn't get charged for the last night, even though I checked out so late. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Heber City Holiday Inn Express HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I called to confirm late check in, was told it would be fine and gave an approx. time of arrival. We got there and our room had been given to someone else with NO comparable room available. Once we finally got a room; our keys would not work. We had to have the desk manager let us in after several attempts to reset the key cards; he had to use a master key...we could not even leave our room to access hot tub, pool, breakfast, etc. without it being a huge hassle! The room was cold to top it off; it basically ruined our New Years!! January 12, 2015
