Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 reservation changes When we arrived, wanted to reserve an extra night. This was performed with no problems. However, by the morning of the next day, the weather predictions had dramatically changed, and we needed to get back to SC that day. (Widespread flooding in SC over the next couple of days. As it turned out, if we had stayed through Saturday night and returned to SC on Sunday, we would not have been able to get home, based on flooding and highway closures.) We were able to cancel the next two nights (Friday and Saturday) with no problem and no charge. October 4, 2015

We arrived late but were greeted by a very courteous desk clerk, who was efficient and pleasant. Rooms were clean, but we noted a strong scent of air freshener or scented cleaner that dissipated with time. September 22, 2015

The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the pillows so much I'm going to purchase some for my home. The staff was very friendly and the management came around during breakfast to make sure everything was to my satisfaction during my stay. September 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall nice stay. Just a few complaints. I already mentioned the problem with having to get new keys everyday. The mattress was way to firm. (Back started being a problem.) The "omelet" (with American cheese? not sure) served for breakfast was horrible. Pancakes at night were novel but I think warm cookies (like others of your chain serve) would have been better. Good, clean room, pool nice, employees nice and room conditioning good. (It was hot and humid but our room was very comfortable.) Overall pretty nice. Thanks. September 16, 2015

The HVAC provided cold air but in the morning all my clothing was damp. The room was quiet and dark. September 9, 2015
