Facility appeared to be almost new, so everything was fresh. Staff was pleasant and efficient. The pot of soup and fresh-baked cookies was a very nice touch, something unique to this property, it appears. It set this property apart. Highly recommend!!!

AS a platinum priority club member they happily had my upgrade and goody sack ready upon my arrival. Julie at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Have stayed at this property several times -
ALWAYS - one of the best experiences.

This hotel has a good location, it is indeed clean and comfortable, and the staff is outstanding!
At this Holiday Inn Express guests are received with a smile and their comfort is of the out-most importance. Part of that is to provide a hot breakfast and an assortment of other items, something for everybody's taste.

NOISY HOTEL TO STAY AT ! Backs up to Indiana toll road, therefore traffic noise all night. Also doors slamming all night !
We ask for room at front of hotel away from traffic- got a room at the rear! Did not get my room upgrade. No USA paper at my door. The hotel was very clean and employees friendly.

I stayed one night at the Howe Holiday Inn last week and had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was fine. I would recommend this hotel if you are passing through on Route 80.
