Wonderful stay for my mayo clinic visits. Wonderful dtaff especially Jeremy at the front desk as well as the breakfast attendant. My only complain is one of the queen beds in the room is usually very hard and sinking in the middle.

Very nice hotel and location close to the beach. I went out, and when I got back at 11, I was trying to relax but heard an extremely loud tv through the wall. I put up with it until 12:30, and decided to go see if I could get them to turn it down a bit. It turned out that it was the tv in the fitness center, which was mounted on the opposite side of my room wall. The room was locked, so I went and got the manager to turn it off. Otherwise an excellent experience

The hotel staff if very attentive and responsive. Our room key reader had many issues so getting into our room each time was more than an adventure. The keys did not work in the refreshment / ice room. The room's bathroom was nicely updated with separate shower and tub. Beds were just "ok" and the room could be a little darker. The worst of it was the breakfast area. Really the worst food I've had at any of the HI Expresses anywhere. Then add on top of that they allow pets to be with guest while eating. Really???? Eating with a dog right next to you? Bad enough the guest is that inconsiderate but add to it the staff allows it. Not a little dog but a 50 pound collie.
