We were able to make a reservation late in the afternoon and our stay was comfortable and nice. The only negative was when housekeeping came knocking and I had to get out of bed to see what she wanted.

A fantastic IHG property to stay from business, vacation, or adventure.
Being a true road warrior traveling form coast to coast for managing marketing events, this is one of my favorite locations.
Fantastic friendly staff all around they will make you feel at home if you're an overnight guest to an extended stay road warrior like myself. The front desk staff, house keepers, maintenance guys, and managers are the nicest group of people I've encountered on my travels.
Being an avid cyclist, I always look for IHG locations that I can explore with fantastic climbing into the mountains with 21% + grades, a quick 15 mile ride around Lake Elsinore, or hiking minutes outside the hotel.
I cannot stress enough how fantastic the cycling is within a 30 mile radius and you can easily map out a quick 10-20 mile ride with Google maps with 1,000 to 3,000 + feet of vertical accent.
Recent addition of digital cable with Premium movie channels if you just want to relax after a long day; a personal favorite for a road warrior.
The red crispy apples are absolutely delicious for breakfast along with the biscuits & gravy, which is a personal favorite.
Spacious fitness area with bottled Spring Water along with 2 treadmills cupeled wth full length mirrors (my favorite at IHG locations) if you would like to do any body weight workouts or travel with workout gear like myself.
2 grocery stores that I recommend are Von's & Cardenas within 1 mile of the hotel.
If your traveling with kids, they have a great indoor pool along with a park across the street with a playground, plenty of room to throw the football around, soccer for the kids, or get in a quick run.
If you're a member of 24 Hour Fitness, they have 2 locations 15 & 20 minutes away respectively in Temecula (Sport) & Murrieta (Fitness) right off I 10.
Lake Elsinore Holiday Inn Express is a hidden gem in the foothills with mountain views & beautiful lake sunsets.

The hotel provides bellman carts to transfer luggage.
One of them is in need of replacement. The staff member spoken to in regards to the state of repair needed for it did not cause them to remove it from service.
Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable.

I found the air conditioning loud and if you were sitting near it in a chair, you froze. If you were laying on the bed further away from it, it was fine. The air went on during the night and woke me up a few times. We tried to open the window but it was too loud due to proximity of freeway.
Staff was wonderful and very attentive to problems. Our phone wasn't working. After I went down and notified staff of the problem, they came right up to replace the hand set which was the problem.
Had trouble with the TV but problem was repaired. We were given a discount for our inconvenience.
