Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Everything worked well like the tv and the hair dryer. The wifi was good and included which was great.

We were delighted with Luis at the front desk, with our third floor housekeepers, and with the lady (don't know her name) who took care of the weekend breakfasts. They were efficient, friendly and helpful. Their smiles were refreshing compared to several other staff who seemed to be annoyed at our presence.
Please fix the showers/water system! Much water was wasted waiting for the right temperature that wasn't scalding or freezing.
Couches on end stored all over the property, including the pool area, very much detracted from the orderliness of the hotel. We stayed 6 nights and on the last day, they were being hauled away.

I had some friends that arrived early and the staff was kind enough to allow early check in. I was greeted with a smile as I checked in with no issues. It was quick and painless. The room was clean with more towels than I could use. Floors were clean, along with basins and tub. I also appreciated the double curtain on the tub/shower, it keeps the floor from getting wet. Everything looked in good shape and not abused.
Also appreciated the good selection of foods for the free breakfast as well as the gal restocking supplies. She hustled to keep everything stocked.

I prefer foam pillows. It seems very few hotels offer them. I find feather pillows very uncomfortable.

The impression and respond from the front desk staff - we asked her we have a group coupon - she did not look at us and said this is prepaid and I can not do anything about it - No Hi Not even a Cold Welcome
She must not work some where far from contacting customer.

Stayed here for a week. The complimentary bar from 5-7 was nice. Breakfast was just kind of so-so, but it's a hotel... can't expect everything to be perfect. Overall good experience though.

We very much like this hotel for our several-times-a-year stay in Livermore. It meets our needs with a comfortable room, clean; clean entrance, continental breakfast included. Refrigerator and microwave in room. The price is o'k - I wish it would be a little less, but it's comparable for the area and the hotel is in a good location for us; the cleanliness is important to us; the staff is very nice. We have stayed here several times and keep comparing to other hotels in the area and keep coming back to this one.

We will not be staying at this HIE anymore. Upon checking in, I was not recognized as a Rewards Club member; I had to ask for a bottle of water. The room for two queen beds was extremely small. The bathroom sink did not drain at all and always had standing water. The pillows smelled of sweat and left me very uncomfortable and, therefore, didn't allow me to sleep well. The door to the hotel room had a high-pitched squeak that would have awakened anyone. The furniture in the room was totally outdated. We could not access the swimming pool as our key would not work. When I asked for assistance at the front desk, the woman working there was extremely rude and disengaged in her job. We were finally let in, only to find bird droppings all over the pool furniture and decking. There was also a huge pile of rolled-up old carpeting stored at one end of the pool area - not a pleasant sight at all and very dirty looking. I was very disappointed in this HIE hotel.
