Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpfulness I wanted to take a moment to express particular appreciation to two members of the staff at the Holiday Inn in London, Ohio. We have come to expect the staff to be courteous and helpful in all of our stays and are very rarely disappointed. The staff in London was well above average from check in through to follow on efforts on their part. Everyone was also welcoming to our children and made them feel welcome. The reason that I am submitting this comment, however, is not for the well above average friendliness, but because we left a watch behind on check out. The watch was not only a bit expensive, but also has sentimental value. Brittany, our understanding, serviced the room after we left and Jessica was the attendant at the front desk that called us and was on duty when we passed by again a few days later. We are very appreciative of their honesty and helpfulness in returning the watch. August 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay BUT Nice place to stay BUT could use just a few tweeks to rate it as an excellent place to stay. The room was clean and beds comfy. The television channels were wonderful with over 5 movie channels...making it easy to find something to watch before bed. Front desk associate was friendly. The temperature needs to be warmer in the pool area so you don't freeze when getting out. Breakfast was probably the biggest let down and an easy fix...needs to be better stocked. Went to get toast and there was no bread and twice my son tried to get a cinn. roll but they were gone. Each member of my family had to wait on something...I got bacon but my hubby did not. He got a biscuit but all I got was the gravy :) Overall, we would go there again but may sleep in and get breakfast on the road! August 6, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent location and great staff Stayed on our way home from Arkansas to New York. Easy on and off location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was small but clean but the bathroom door was difficult to open. Our grandson loved the pool and exercise room. There were a wide variety of items for breakfast and it was available at 6am so we could get an early start on the trip. Recognized club membership and received complementary snack items. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and convenience After a family reunion at the lake, it was great to get to our room have our own bathroom, tv and beds to relax and get a good night's sleep in comfort. In the morning there is a great breakfast waiting for you with anything you might want.. It was great having an elevator as I was getting over from knee replacement surgery and couldn't do stairs. What a convenience! Highly recommend this hotel. July 16, 2014
