room nice but ac very noisy compared to other properties I have stayed at. screens on window had large gaps allowing insects to get in. good choc chip cookies.

While we were pleased with our room, the ambient noise was annoying Also the complimentary breakfast was awful, which seems to be a trend with Holiday Inn Express.The. scrambled eggs were like rubber and were not good at all. The cinnamon buns that I always look forward to were dry. Will look for HDI Express' that are near a good restaurant in the future.

Stay was good, Room was clean and service was good. Only con was no wifi service. We were the end room on the 2nd floor and didn't get wifi service. We could walk down the hall toward the center of the hotel and it would show up. They either need to relocate their wireless router or get one that has better coverage. Another con not unique to this Holiday Inn. I don't know where you get your bacon, but I have never had thinner sliced bacon. It is almost paper thin. It has been the same way at all the Holiday Inns I have stayed that provide the continental breakfast..

Outlets at the desk turn off when the lamp is turned off, so much for charging anything overnight so its ready for the next day. Asked for proper height chair to type on computer at desk, never rcvd that chair, so had to use pillows or put computer on lap to work. AC thermostat was way off on displayed temp, had to set down to 66 so as not to get too hot.

WE HAD TO LEAVE THE HOTEL A NIGHT EARLY DUE TO THE WEATHER IN OHIO, AND WE WERE TOLD IT MIGHT BE TOO LATE TO CANCEL BUT WE WANTED TO BEAT THE SNOW STORM AND JUST GET HOME. WELL WE GOT A PHONE CALL 2 DAYS LATER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REMOVE THE CHARGE FOR THE ROOM. WHICH IS ONE REASON WE ARE AND WILL REMAIN PRIORTY CLUM MEMBERS.

The beds were comfortable, the room quiet, and the amenities in the room updated - especially the TV.
