Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A cold stay The room we were assigned had the heat turned off on a very cold winter day. As a consequence it was quite chilly to enter. The wall heat pump unit was insufficient to heat the room quickly, and it took most of the night to get it to a comfortable temperature for my elderly mother. January 13, 2015

At check in i walked in walked up to front desk . the agent never greeted me i told him last name and he handed me a reg card to fill out .. Never asked me for my id or credit card. Which was shocking !!! Even after seeing i was and ihg member he never recogined it!!!! Once i gave reg card to him he handed me keys never pointed me in the direction to my room never told me about breakfast or anything!!!!! In morning when i took keys to front desk lady was very short told her i was checking out she said ok and took keys never thanked me for staying with them or asked how things were with my stay.. Working at another ihg property and knowing how to. Make a quest experience .. This property was very disappointing... I will not recommend. This place to anyone!!!!! December 27, 2014

Friendly service, clean rooms safe and secure surroundings. Thank you so much for allowing us to check in early, muchly appreciated. My only recommendation/suggestion would be to provide a fresh water station either in the foyer or next to the coffee station - so guests can refill water bottles. December 19, 2014
