When I returned home I found the hotel had also charged me without telling me or giving me a receipt when I checked out. I then had to call the hotel and tell them what happened. They were to return my call the following day to confirm that the charge had been removed, but they did not. I had to call them again to confirm that their charge was a (mistake). November 19, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room type I booked a suite with sofa bed directly from but the reception staff said that the hotel's operation is separate from IHG and he did not receive any room type request from central reservation office. I waited for 2 hours to check-in but could only have a standard room + rollaway bed. November 5, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Manager Susan saved the day! The hotel screwed up our 2 night reservations and the hotel didn't make good for it until the second day of our visit. The day manager Susan took the initiative and made sure we received the correct room. It's a shame that a customer can't assume that a reservation with a confirmation number will always be honored. I will not be staying there again for all the grief I received and I was not offered compensation for my trouble. The only silver lining is Susan!!! J October 29, 2014
