I am a retired airline pilot with thousands of hotel nights to my credit and I recognize and appreciate when a hotel makes my stay comfortable.
When you book a stay at this hotel, you have chosen a Great, Proven Management Team and Fine Hotel Brand.
From the time I check in-- to the time I check out, I feel like the Hotel cares about me and my comfort.

Nice location, bit out of the way - isn't everything in Milling-ton?
A bit disappointed - 2nd time at this location in the past year. Both times I've had to leave several days earlier than reserved and sought , out a different hotel.
Overpowering air freshener like scent throughout property. Set off allergies just walking in the door., just as bad in the room.
Several other issues, coupled with really watery instant eggs, just made it not worth the aggravation.
Its a bummer in that this is the 'best' hotel in Milling-ton, if only because they have an indoor pool and the HAMPT0n Inn doesn't. Rest of the lodging in area is flea/roach/no-tell Motels.

Holiday Inn has changed for the better since I last traveled in that the breakfast now has more to offer that is hot and not just cold. The taste is very good and the attendants are wonderful! The room was clean & in good shape. The bathroom is clean & in good shape, however, the shower head would not index off of the tiny stout spray that feels like pins hitting you. Also, the water was not hot & the shower wall holders where you can place the soap and shampoo were on the same end as the faucet making it to where you have to rinse your head when there is shampoo in it as you try to get your soap. If the holder layout were reverse and the holders were on the ends opposite the faucet, this would not happen. Also, there is no evac vent to help remove the steam when taking a shower, so when you get out of the shower, mirrors and anything else are hard to see. The front desk was very pleasant experience and room tally was done properly. Overall, a good stay with the exception of the bathroom faults and the breakfast was very good!
