I stayed there for 10 days because my 24 yr old daughter was there to see the Seizure team at the Mincept seizure group and was hospitalized for 5 of the days , so I was alone for those days at the hotel and was treated Great by all there and I felt so safe...Please add my 10 day stay points to my members card

Property had many updates including floor coverings, wall/window treatments and lighting.
Outside the property was well lit for night time arrivals.
Desk staff supplied us with an extra towel needed without hesitation and asked if there was more they could help with.

The kitchen had delicious food and several selections. The eating area was able to accommodate my entire family and the seating was comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and professional. The room was very comfortable and had been newly remodeled. The mattress was great and the room darkening blinds were fantastic. There was an excellent selection of food for breakfast with many choices to choose from. The food was excellent. The hotel was in an excellent location.

Overall my stay was great. I stayed for two nights. The first night there, I was trying to do work on my laptop at the desk in the room. That was when I first noticed that the light over the desk didn't work. I didn't think much of it so I figured I would just tell the front desk in the morning, which I did. The lady at the front desk said they would take a look at it and get it taken care of. When I come back from my meetings that day, I go back to the desk to continue on some work and I realize the light is fixed. I then quickly notice that their fix for this was to take a bulb out of one of the other fixtures that was working the night before, and swap it to the desk. Personally, I would have rather had them tell me they were out of bulbs and would fix it as soon as they could rather than swap them out. Just makes me question what other questionable things they do here.
