Great location to shopping and restaurants and right off the interstate freeway. Friendly staff and the breakfast offered was the best continental-style I have ever had, Great job! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were also a plus!

I stay here fairly often. The location is excellent. The staff members are courteous, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast bar is well stocked and clean. There are no unexpected problems or surprises. I will continue to stay at this HIE.

Excluding the reception desk, the staff was inattentive of their guests. This includes the housekeeping staff as well as the staff working the breakfast areas. And although I understand it is the policy of the hotel and not the person that checked me in, I find it very irritating and unprincipled to exclude their Elite guest members of their check-in perks (water, bag of goodies, etc…) because I was using a “free night” voucher. I EARNED that free night, and I EARNED my status with IHG!! Just because I finally have a chance to use it, I should still be treated as a “paying” guest. Now, I did ask if he would please give me a bottle of water and he complied, but really, I need to beg for a bottle of water…?!?!
Secondly, I understand that not all hotels within the IHG chain can be “brand new”, but there is a big difference between old and filthy! The bathroom was rundown and dirty,the room had that superficially cleaned feel and there were LARGE amounts of mold growing on the ice machines. If the outside looks like this (see attached pics), you can just imagine what’s growing on the inside!!When I went to front desk in the morning to report my findings, no one was staffing the desk so I just left!
The hallways and stairwells were dimly lit and uninviting; so much so that my wife said she actually felt uncomfortable going out of the room by herself! We joked that it looked like they had not renovated since the 70s’. That’s totally unacceptable for a hotel associated with IHG in my opinion!
