Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay! Comfortable Bed! We always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express Hotels, and the Paris, Texas location is no exception. My husband has had back problems for years, and Holiday Inn is the only hotel that we always know will have a comfortable bed. For him to wake up from a night in a hotel and not be in pain is priceless! The rooms and bathrooms are always clean, staff is always friendly, and the free breakfast is an added perk! We will be staying at Holiday Inn Express when we visit Myrtle Beach this summer as well. Great hotels! May 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by If you want a jacuzzi that works do not stay in room 317 My boyfriend and I were looking forward to a relaxing getaway and wanted a room with a jacuzzi. We were so excited when this holiday inn had one available for the time we were needing. The room was fantastic but the JACUZZI DID NOT WORK. Only one of the jets actually had a very weak output. It was like taking a bath in a big tub. If we had wanted to take a bath I would not have spent the extra money on the jacuzzi room. When reported to the front desk the guy said "I don't know what to tell you, I'm not a maintanence man". May 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TIme for new pillows The feather pillows on the beds need to be replaced with faux feather pillows or alternative pillow inserts. Housekeeping could have been much better. Don't like running out of toilet paper and having to get my own linens at the end of the day. A friendlier staff at the front desk/lobby would have made me feel appreciated. Not one time was I acknowledged upon entering or leaving the hotel. April 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice staff and hotel We will be stopping by again. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned at first due to someone checking out very late. When we told the front desk, we were bumped up to a king suite at the same price. The staff was very sorry for the problem and were very helpful. We slept good and will stay there again!
