This site is very well run and all of the staff are great to work with and be around. They go the extra mile to make sure all of my needs are met. The hotel and grounds are kept clean and safe.

The overall stay ended up being enjoyable, but the first impression upon entering one of the three guest rooms was less than desirable. We found in this room the attention to detail in the bathroom as it pertained to cleanliness and making sure that a toilet was flushed and not clogged was less than deplorable! The front desk staff immediately relocated us to another room, a suite, and at no additional charge.

the Holiday Inn Express in Paris TX is a wonderful stay. Staff is great and very welcoming. Liz makes sure that you are welcome at breakfast.

The room was lovely, the hotel was very clean. The front desk staff not very accommodating. Requested several normal actions. They refused all. Had to pay for a full second night even though we were only there several hours on second day. We were refused a late checkout even though hotel was not full. Last thing said to me before being told I would receive an email receipt (which I never did)---"You know you are paying for the second day right!?!"
Certainly will impact my decision to use Holiday Inn in the future.

This was a king leisure room and there was no microwave in the room. When I told the front desk, I was treated as if I was lying!
