Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very very loud!!! Althought it wasn't the actual staffs fault, this is an extemely loud location. Must have heard the door slam in the room next to mine 50-60 times. They had the security bar holding the door open and it must have been opened and allowed to slam shut, bouncing on the bar 50 times. Called down to complain but this continued well into the the night. 11 PM. The truck stop next door does not help either with the ideling trucks all night. April 8, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Audition in Cleveland My my wife and daughter (and her string bass) and I were in Cleveland for an audition at a local music school last weekend. The 2 Queen Bed Suite was very spacious (especially since we had to have a place for the bass), the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean (as you would expect). My daughter needed somewhere to practice before her audition the next day, and the staff hooked her up in one of the conference rooms. The breakfast was very typical for a Holiday Inn Express--it hit the spot, but nothing special. The coffee is always very good. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is its location: while it is conveniently located next to two major freeways, it is right next to a truck stop and wedged in next to another motel. While we didn't have any problems because of this, I can imagine that if you are a light sleeper, you might have trouble with the sound of the trucks right next door. Getting to the hotel off the freeway without a GPS can be little tricky. Overall, this was a good experience, and depending on price, I would stay here again. March 9, 2013
