Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room never cleaned entire stay! Stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned. Returned first afternoon and went to the desk to get clean towels and soap to shower- mentioned room had not been cleaned. Response was "it's been a rough day"! At 3:30 pm the housecleaning staff had gone for the day. The next day arrived back to the hotel that evening to room not being cleaned again- went to the desk for more clean towels and asked to speak to the manager-was told she was not in and room was not cleaned because Do Not Disturb sign was left on the door- not true! At check out no one was at the desk- management seemed lacking. Although staff was friendly, things definitely are poorly managed. Things will decline rapidly if management continues to be so weak. Phone did not work in the room and fitted sheet on the bed was too small- sheet came off mattress when sleeping. Or sitting on the bed. Attention to detail was missing in this hotel. August 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by check in wasa not good I was not able to enter my room on the first 2 tries. My key did not work. When i was able to enter, there was trash and the bed was not made. upon reporting this the desk clerk went upstairs to check my report. There were 2 other customers who had the same problem. Clerk was on personal phone while trying to service the 3 of us. When she ended phone call, she was able to correct our troubles andget us settled for the night. August 2, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No trash pickup Trash never removed from room, just like prior week. Towels removed but not replaced. Manager called once to investigate, but I have called several times to speak to him and he is either not available or not in. He has never called me back so I guess after he got the money, he does not care. I was not the only one who got bad service; many others showed up at the front desk asking for towels and when the trash was going to be removed. Front desk staff tried to help, but their help is limited, but they are very kind and try their best. August 2, 2015
