Was able to get the rest I needed during my stay. While my stay was solely for business, it met the needs and expectations that I had.

We checked in late. Lady that served us was terrific and the room was great. We were travelling so we didn't relax much because we were gone as soon as we ate your great breakfast.

will never stay at a Holiday Inn property again. charged for a night I was unable to stay. life happens and your company should respect that.

The hotel done a great job in accommodating all the participants and families of the NC Hunter Safety teams. They rolled out breakfast early for everyone and kept up with the early volume very well.

Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and upgraded to a suite based on our IHG rewards status. A front desk clerk was in training, so it took a little longer than it should have. The rooms were a little pricey for the area. But with that said, it was also the only hotel in town.

Overall not a bad place. Only complaint I had as far as the room is AC didn't seem to work. Was set on 60 the whole stay and never really cooled the room. What im not impressed with is my checkout experience. I checked out and was never given a proper receipt. Guy working the desk tried a couple things and still couldn't produce a receipt and stated he had only been there a week. I figure when I get home I will just look it up on my ihg. Well no record of me of me staying. I now call hotel and do finally get them to e-mail me one only to find out they charged me 3 extra days. So call back 4 days in a row I get the same go around take my info this and that and say the manager will call you back to fix this. Well it is now day 6 and still yet to here from a manager. I suppose I will be calling again today. Real check out date was the 15th not the 18th they show on the side there

Room and bathroom had not been cleaned well. Beard hairs in the sink and on the counter, food crumbs on the floor, dirty knife a bedside drawer. Manager promised to give back 10,000 points. It has been 6 days since my stay and no points added!
