Clean rooms with workspace and free fast WiFi is HUGE for me! The staff was great! Helped me get directions everywhere I needed to go and really knew the area for great places to eat! March 27, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Needs room darkening drapes. Sheer curtains allow too much light in the room. My room faced the freeway and I had headlights on the wall all night. No hot water in the room. Very disappointing. The room was loud being next to the freeway. I love staying at Holiday Inns typically, but this one was not the best. Sorry. March 6, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not for Business Travelers There was no desk in my room, just a table. Problem is that the chars provided where too low to work at the table. This caused two problems; 1) your head was beneath the lampshade of the lamp at the table so the harsh light from the CFL bulbs shined directly into your eyes, and 2) to work at the table you need to sit on the front edge of the chair which had no padding (probably because everyone has been forced to sit there). Anyway, it’s uncomfortable and your legs go to sleep… February 11, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best comfort that I have come to expect from HIE Room was very small did not have a desk to allow for working on computer (did ask at check in if room had a desk) Chairs should have been replaced 2 years ago felt like I was sitting on the floor. Room was never cleaned during the 3 day stay Upon check in noticed trash bin by vending machines was full of pizza boxes upon check out 3 days later trash was still full of same pizza boxes.
