One of the best properties I have ever stayed. Extremely clean and comfortable. Staff very accommodating, though I didn't need much. I was very impressed with the breakfast bar staff. They were very efficient and so kind with guests when there were questions or requests.

The bed was comfortable and the service was great. The location was convenient. The check in and check out process was efficient. The hotel front desk contacted our office and informed us that an item was left behind in the room, and we appreciated that effort. The room was very accommodating as well as the amenities provided. The breakfast was tasty.

Clean quiet rooms after long days. Close to airport and Highway 70/35 interchange. Staff friendly and courteous. Expected good stay and recieved.

Good stay except when we returned from a long walk, I stopped for coffee, downstairs and my wife went upstairs to shower. When she got into the shower, the handle would not turn on the water. She had to get dressed and come downstairs to get a key to another room that was close to ours. They were going to just have maintenance come fix the shower until we asked how long it would take - half an hour at best, probably longer. When we checked out - no apology or offer for compensation or reduction of the room charges. This was definitely a hassle and had our morning not been open, really could have been an issue. I would expect at least an apology and at best a free night or drastically reduced rate. Thee are lots of other places to stay that offer similar prices and comfort.
