Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, average room, very uncomfortable chair. The location was good for us as the hotel is about two miles from the boardwalk where our activities were based. The staff was courteous at check in but informed us that the sauna was broken and there isn't a hot tub. The pool however was nice and I enjoyed it with our boys. The room size seemed cramped with little room for anything other than the two beds and a very uncomfortable fabric chair in the corner. It was in good condition, just a ninety degree angle of fabric that required a pillow from the bed to be functional. The room and bathroom were clean. We were told that the hotel was sold out during our stay. (possibly the marathon) The marathon started at seven so we could not have breakfast at the hotel. Our boys and their grandmother said it was good. The coffee was weak. If any hotel would up their coffee "game" I would be loyal! May 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel Stayed here for a business trip. Staff was very friendly the entire time and went above and beyond when I needed help sending a document. Went down to the beach each morning of our stay for a run or walk and it is an easy drive from the hotel. The only issue may be parking. We had no issues, but if hotel was full, parking could be an issue. May 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unfortunately not a good experience with customer service Our stay was fine but when I left my IPad power cord in my room on check out day and followed up the following day to have it sent to me I ran into problems. I called them and spoke to a staff person at the front desk who said he would follow up with the cleaning staff and find out what happened and get back to me within the next day. I waited and then called back 2 days later to find out what was happening as he never followed up or called me back. This next staff person I talked to when I called back two days later then told me he had no information on it and then proceeded to have me tell him everything again. He again said that he would check with the cleaning staff and then get back to me within the next day. He also did not follow up or call me or get back to me in any way. So although the stay was fine, unfortunately the customer service we needed after we left was not fine. I am still waiting to hear anything from them and it is now about a week and a half later. I do not have much hope that I will see my IPad power cord again or that they will follow up with me. . May 12, 2015
