I stay here about every 2 weeks for the past year and a half. I am very impressed with the staff and management. They always go out of their way to insure that my stay was pleasant. The rooms are very clean, (which is important to me!) and they have a no party policy which they really inforce. I continue to stay here because of the service, the cleanliness and the very professional service. Andrew the manager as well as Shannon and amazng.

The reason I scored this Hotel poor on KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF is there was no TV service in the Hotel during my entire stay. When asked what was happening the only answer was are TECH DEPARTMENT was working on it. Never did get the service working.

The staff members are extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean, and welcoming. Very new looking. Only one thing that bothered me was early in the mornings when I can hear people shouting and running around the hallway to get there breakfest. Overall I had a wonderful stay.

My sister and I were very pleased with the accommodations, service and food. We were only there for a short period of time but it fit what we needed.
The only negative is the parking when when the hotel is sold out. I couldn't find a place to park in the underground parking when we came back at 10pm.

I've become accustomed to being greeted as a special Priority Rewards member with perhaps some bottled water, or a small gift bag of snacks--SOMETHING! The Santa Cruz location is one of the more expensive hotels, and I feel somehow cheated (cookies would have been nice). I love the energy efficiency of the facility, but a bit of information would have been helpful...took me awhile to figure out how the lights and AC worked. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, clean, and the bed was quite nice. P.S., I really like the White Citrus toiletries!
