This was the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed in. I have been a IHG rewards member for years. I usually stay in only Holiday Inn properties but the management of this hotel has changed my impression. I took a vacation to California and my last night was at this hotel. The television did not work, the hair dryer in the bathroom kept shutting off, the maintenance people lacked the experience to repair the issues and it was the most expensive hotel I stayed in during my entire vacation. I reported my problems to the front desk prior to checking out, they assured me they would pass along my concern to the general manager, I emailed the GM the day after I arrived home and received no response. I followed up with several emails, and got two minimal responses without any responsiveness to my concerns as reported to the hotel staff or in previous emails to the GM. If this is indeed an IHG property, the management definitely does not represent the IHG brand in any positive way. I am bitterly disappointed that the hotel would not address my concerns or offer ANY gesture to satisfy me as a customer.

The hotel is expensive for what it offers and doesn't back that up with any care about the guest. I had an issue and the Manager showed that he didn't care to make it any better. Otherwise, it's your generic Holiday Inn. Decent room that costs a bit more than it should and offers the basics.

We were returning from several days in San Jose celebrating a birthday and wanted to spend a couple days seeing San Francisco before flying home. From the very welcoming front desk staff all the way throughout our stay it was a very pleasant experience. We arrived early in the morning and the front desk arranged for luggage storage and even put some perishables in a fridge for us. Then we just took the shuttle to the airport and got on BART into the city centre. Then took BART back in the afternoon to catch the shuttle to the hotel. We did this two days and coupled with a MUNI day pass were able to travel all over the city without the hassle of finding parking or dealing with San Francisco horrible traffic and seemingly endless construction.
Great staff and location.

I had to fly out early in the morning and was able to return my rental car and walk back from the rental building. On the way back I was able to go to Costco and McDonalds. After a good nights rest I was able to take the hotel shuttle to the airport.

Clean, friendly staff. The air conditioning in my room was loud and I could not sleep properly but other than that it was great staying.

I have used this hotel on occasion for business related stays in the San Francisco area. The hotel and grounds are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Rooms are quite spacious. Breakfasts are okay ... standard HIE fare and always the same. I find hotel accommodations in the SF area to be a bit overpriced and this is no exception.
