Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable and good value. HIE has a consistent product across the country. I travel a lot and I need a hotel chain I can count on whether I'm in Florida, Texas or Washington. This his hotel delivers. I'm also a picky traveler and the small touches mean a lot to me. For example, this hotels air conditioner did not work well at all. I came in tired and late and didn't want to go through the process of getting it fixed or changing rooms. Why don't hotels check this regularly? I hope they're not waiting for the customer to complain because that's not proper. Second, I don't like it when repairs are done sloppy. In this case a new curved shower curtain rod was put in using different holes in the wall. The old holes were clearly visible and sloppy. Why not do it right? All in all I would stay here again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy I have stayed at this hotel many times and a member of Holiday Inn priority club, so stay at their hotels around the country, with no problem usually. Everything was great on this trip, except for the very noisy neighbors in the next room. We could hear when they use the bathroom late at night/early morning and also their tv. Perhaps more soundproofing is needed. We did not spend much time in the room, thank goodness, but like quiet late at night/early morning. December 7, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Temecula stay Great hotel. Room was comfortable and the price was really good. The reception staff was friendly and professional. I helped me with some urgent copies and fax that I needed. Even the night maintenance gentleman was nice and asked to "let him know if I needed anything". Super friendly staff. December 1, 2014
