Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing stay even with an earthquake Very peaceful stay, The bed was very comfortable, extra pillows. Very little noise. The only complaint was the earthquake at 3am, but the hotel staff handled the excitement very well and professionaly September 3, 2014

For the most part I always love staying at Holiday Inn hotel brands just because most of them are newer or new. This trip was our family vacation and we enjoyed staying here, great breakfast selection. August 26, 2014

The hotel is very consistant so there are no surprises. I like the covenient model of stay as you go. This really came into our colleger search starting from Seattle WA to So Calif. In particular a young lady named Taylor was very helpful with local area knowledge regarding shopping and restaurants. She was also very apologetic regarding the discontinued managers receptions that used to take place on Tuesdays thru Thursdays.......those receptions were a large part (other than proximity to my customers) of the reason I selected this location to stay......advice: if you are going to no longer offer this it should be removed from the website! I personally witnessed an extremely irate customer screaming about it no longer being offered once you were at the hotel but it certainly was offered when she looked it up online............The young ladies at the front desk did their best to diffuse the situation but the lady wasn't buying it.........again if you are discontinuing a service don't continue to mention it as a perk for staying there!!!!!!
