traveled to Vermillion area for family reunion. This hotel was available for us to use points for our stay. The hotel was clean, rooms were clean, bathroom was clean. The wide hallways and stairways were nice. The hotel was quiet, however, the hotel wasn't full for the 2 nights we stayed. The breakfast was nice, loved the pancake machine especially (no mess like the waffle machines). The outside landscaping could use a little TLC I thought.

OVER PRICED NOT VERY ACOMIDATING STAFF
NEED TO WORK ON THE CLIMATE CONTROL YOU COULD ROAST A TURKEY IN THE POOL AREA.
ROOM WAS NICE I HAVE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES ROOMS ALWAYS NICE.
DESK STAFF COULD BE MORE HELPFULL, ATTITUDE NOT VERY CARING

The staff at the Vermillion were very kind and helpful. The problem was the quality the linens on the beds. The sheets were very old and had hundreds of rough balls on the bottom sheets. Moving at night was like sleeping on sandpaper. I requested new sheets be put on the beds for our second night there and the stall did so. But the next sheets were just as bad. When we arrived and 10 p.m. the second night the very nice desk clerk searched the linen storage place for some decent sheets and there were none to be found. We helped change the sheets and were able to make do by putting the fitted sheet on up side down. We were very disappointed and expect much more form a Holiday Inn Express.
