Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Great Experience We stayed 2 nights divided between 2 rooms: Queen Suite and Queen Standard. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Staff did a great job welcoming us and making checkin a breeze. Extra towels - no problem. Breakfast bar had a great selection of food options that kept everyone in our tribe happy. The only moderate inconvenience was the thermostat in the rooms didn't work as expected and we had to turn off and on the heat to control the temperature. Everything else was perfect. March 26, 2015

The great people make this place, they are well trained in all aspects of customer service. The hotel and the personnel make you feel welcome. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not a typical HIE stay. My family often stays in hotels. We have always picked Holiday Inn Express hotels over any other kind. It has always been our favorite. When we stayed in the Niles HIE we were extremely disappointed. When we arrived at the hotel I was surprised to see that there was no automatic front door. My daughter and I were lugging a ton of bags. It made it very difficult to enter the building with manual doors. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire weekend stay. However, the setup of the room was odd. We had a King Suite. The furniture was unbelievably uncomfortable. The bedding was not very soft. The exit door right next to our room was convenient yet it closed at 10pm. That was a bit ridiculous having to go all the way to the front of the building to re-enter. We were parked by the door that was next to our room. It requires a key entry so it made no sense to us why we had no access to it after 10 pm. I will never stay at this particular hotel again. My worry is that since this is a newer hotel and I fear that my HIE hotels in the future will be more like this one. I hope not! March 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I would give a rating of 10 They have that posted everywhere and I"m inclined to agree that they meant it. The staff was always kind and courteous. The breakfast was not the typical holiday inn express fare i have been used to in all of my travels. They even had foam pillows which i request at all of my stays and This place was the only one who had them. So yes i will be willing to give them a 10 for overall which means i can not say anything was a 9 to bring down the average. March 10, 2015

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was by far the best experience ever! They really make you feel like you are at home. I only wish I could stay at this hotel during all my business trips!
