Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Reservation system is broken I reserved and was confirmed for a 2-queen bed room. On arrival I was given a king bed room. There are four in my family. I went back to the front desk and was informed my reservation was for a king room. I showed my emailed confirmation showing a 2-queen room. The only other 2-queen room was reserved but the guest hadn't arrived. I was given a king room with a pull out sofa bed. It was late, I was tired, I accepted under protest and went to bed. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty Room My experice was horrible. My family and I arrived very late in the evening and upon pulling back the comforter we noticed that the bed was full of body hair. Immediately we inspected the room further and found the same issue with the other queen bed and the bath tub. This by far is the worst experience I've had and to compound that we had to deal with those issues and went to bed even later. So we did not even get to rest fully before my 12 hour drive. The pool was very small, more than one person in the pool and you will be swimming into each other continuously! This is the best hotel in the area, but it is on the outskirts of a very small town. Seems a bit overpriced for the surrounding amenities, and there are no views.. August 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Clean, Clean Cleanliness is very important to me and the HIE was able to meet/exceed that expectation. Courteous staff and comfortable beds were also a part of the postive experience at the hotel. They were able to readily accommodate a late arrival. Will stop there again if we pass through to get to San Fran or destinations further south! August 1, 2014
