Lee and the team do a great job of consistently providing a comfortable stay and doing what they can to ensure that all needs are met. I am not a gluten-free eater, however was pleased to see the hotel accommodate guests dietary considerations when serving breakfast. It would be great if the shower heads be reviewed and possibly replaced. Also, the fitness room equipment need to be serviced. Both treadmills are often out of order and the belts slip. When i said I was not paying this , the receptionist informed me that if I signed up for a rewards program i would be allowed access to the room with no further charge !! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by When In Yreka A Good Place To Stay! Nice, clean rooms. Staff was friendly and get you checked in and out fast. Breakfast was good with good selection. Only complaints were the pillows were too soft, you could not leave the fan on constant which would have helped with the road noise and the TV control was a little complicated. In my next trip, I will stay on the East side of the motel and bring my own pillow. The pool, FYI, looked inviting and as I stayed earlier, the rooms and the entire facility for that matter looked and felt very clean. November 6, 2014
