I felt the rooms was nice. It is a different look from most traditional rooms. I appreciate having two bathrooms. My concerns for service started by attempting to order room service for breakfast. I called and the call rolled over to the front desk because no one answered. The front desk was very nice and assured me she would have someone to call. I did not leave my room till around 1300 and I never recieved a phone call. So when I do leave the room to go and get food I recieve a call that I was needing to check out the room because that room was book so I needed to go to a different room. That was frustrating. We were like 30 plus minutes away. We gave them permission to move items to a different room but they end up calling back stating we did not need to move rooms. Upon return they deactivated keys so we went to the desk and the gentleman stated that he was wondering about that room and saying that we needed to check in. Informed him that we had but he could not see so we recheck in. Then we were informed oh I see your card was declined but it was not, noted they had a different card number listed. The stay was for a relaxing weekend but it ended up causing stress. In the bedroom I would recommend a roller to the air conditioner so the air flow can be redirected versus blowing straight on you.

I have been hoping to try a Hotel Indigo for several months. While in Cleveland, I found this beautifully appointed hotel. 'Very impressive.

Very convenient that food is always available. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. It is nice that the breakfast that is offered is not just pastries, but you can sit down an order a fresh breakfast.
