This room was booked based on being told there was only a one time charge for our dog and then we were charged 3 pet fees!
Do Not Stay Here!

Woke up to ants all over the nightstands, bed, chair beside the bed and bathroom sink and counter. There were hundreds. They got all over my boyfriends CPAP machine and possibly in it. The room did have a slight odor when we got in there the night before. Thought maybe either the last guest cooked something strange or it was because the air was not on much. Our room was on the second floor as well. Told the two women (Samantha and Yvette) at the front desk before checking out. Showed her pictures. Yvette stated she had to talk to her manager and she would have an answer when we checked out. Went to desk to check out and Yvette stated they would take $50 off. The manager she had to talk to was Samantha. Why didn't Samantha, who was standing there, speak up when I first informed them. This is unacceptable. The entire hotel needs demolition. Other guests reported issues in their rooms as well.
General Manager is rude and obnoxious

There were many issues but the biggest one is that of the general manager. She was rude and unapologetic. My husband travels for work and can spend months on end in one of your locations and have been doing so for the past 5 years. When inquiring about a king size bed to make a request to his employer the general manager called the employer and lied stating I was trying to upgrade our room. That was not the case. She instructed her staff to be rude as well. I literally watched her speaking aggressively and down to an employee. You wonder why you can't keep staff. She's the reason! And if she's calling don't even bother. The laundry and the gym are on top of each other. Fix the power so it stops with the glitches! Give more than one set of towels if the person is staying long term. The booking was for a month!
