the room was very nice and clean and provided a comfortable space for us to work from while carrying on last weekend. located close to shops and the highway it was a great location too,

I don’t understand why you make the review so difficult. I have answered the questions about the property as they were presented. It almost appears you don’t really want a review. I guess this long drawn out process is to eliminate bad reviews.

GREAT place to stay while we were on a 5-day business trip. Met all the "C's":

Beds were great, very clean facility. Housekeeping was so helpful; even the manager (Carrie) made a personal visit to make sure we had what we needed. Front office staff was always helpful AND nice too, friendly. Definitely coming back!

Great gym and pool. Having a kitchenette was a big help. cleanliness schedule was pretty poor. they came by *most days, but only to check on towels and take trash. They maybe fully cleaned 1x in a full month even then the sheets weren’t changed, shower wasn’t cleaned, and food still remained on the floor from previous guests in the hard to reach areas. cleaning staff was really nice but too infrequent. i don’t know if this is a management call or what - but it’s not great.
