While staying at the hotel I experienced nothing but first rate service, including follow-up service needed after checkout. The hotel was clean. I appreciated the philosophy of not needing to have my room cleaned every day. It was convenient for me to get to (15 minutes from my conference on direct routes).

Check in quick and easy. Friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean. All appliances worked. Only stayed over night as I was passing through.

I had nothing but issues with this place. They locked me out of my room hours after I checked in because apparently someone else has my same name? Then they “lost” my reservation? Because they claimed I shouldn’t be here. Then tried to make me pay for a room that was already paid for by my company. They lied to me about check out time as well, and I got a call from them 3 hours early demanding to know why I wasn’t out of the room when I was given a completely different check out time when I checked in. There is NO complimentary breakfast - so don’t expect anything other than coffee, tea and hot chocolate. And even the kitchenettes aren’t stocked - I literally had just one fork, and a broken toaster. And my freezer couldn’t keep anything frozen.

Hotel is very clean. Nice to have the kitchen covenience when traveling in your room. Many great dining options close to the hotel. Very friendly staff.
