Having stayed at Hayman over many years great to see resort up and running. Building and facilities are rebuilt and refurbished looking great. Stayed in king lagoon room in great location by east end [更多] of beach. Room good and we enjoyed. Food poor confused menu offerings in all venues. Overall food was always cold at breakfast and dinners in all venues. Dishes offered were trying to hard in a relaxed resort setting. Not what you would expect for this level property. Chef made omelettes (breakfast) and a takeaway gourmet sandwich from Island cafe’ the stand out best food on a five day holiday, disappointing. Staff made stay so pleasant - food and beverage service was great. Other staff enthusiastic and happy to help. Stand out staff Kelly at Aqua, Sam at Bam Bam and Mike front office who all went that extra bit to make our stay great. Overall we will be back and hope Executive Kitchen Teams product is greatly improved. [更少]
