Staff were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. I feel the rooms were over priced considering the elevators are not in service, pool/area is in desperate need of repairs/updating and none of [更多] this was disclosed until check in. [更少]

We stayed at this property during the Touchdown Atlantic CFL football game in July 2023. It was a great location that allowed easy access to getting to downtown Halifax and the football game. This [更多] hotel did suffer some damage from the unprecedented rainstorms in early July and as a result, their elevator is out of action. This could be for a while but this was not a problem. The staff was willing to help with taking our luggage up the flight of stairs and to our room. If you have sever mobility issues, let the hotel know and they will try to accommodate your request. The rest of the hotel is in perfect condition. It was just the elevators being out that is the issue now. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the pillows perfect for us. Breakfast in the morning had all you would need. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, juice, milk, yogurt, bread, and coffee. It was very busy at times but they did their best to make sure everything was full and replenished. The staff was incredible. We had an issue with our points being credited. After we checked in, we had a message the reservation was cancelled. They worked through the system and made sure that our nights and our points were credited. They gave ideas for places to eat and help show us the different bus routes we could take to get to the game (which we did not do but appreciated) Some may think being down town is better but not for us. We were able to get a perfect parking spot for downtown and it was nice to be away from the noise and action of the downtown. Definitely consider this hotel if you want great service and excellent rooms. [更少]

Great location, far enough away from the city and close enough to the airport. Staff were great and pool as well as the fitness center were great. I would 100 percent stay the next time i am in [更多] halifax [更少]
