late. Jackie was invaluable and reassuring. She let us know we were all set and had already checked us in since we were aiming to arrive before midnight. She was so pleasant and understanding on the phone.
When we arrived, we were greeted by Jackie again, as well as Josh, who was starting his shift. Both were welcoming, but I especially want to thank Josh for his kindness and patience with my twin boys, who are on the autism spectrum and can sometimes be challenging to say no to. They were excited to use the pool, and Josh kindly allowed them a little extra time to enjoy it. That small gesture made a big difference for them and me as a parent.
The rest of our stay was just as excellent. Every staff member we encountered was polite and helpful, making us feel welcome, whether it was during breakfast, when we asked for extra towels, or when we needed other items. Josh also provided us with helpful directions to the local stores we were looking for, which we appreciated.
Lastly, I would like to acknowledge the hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained appearance. Everywhere we looked, a cleaning staff member was ensuring the space was tidy and safe, which was especially important since it had been raining and people were coming in and out of the pool.
