TLTR: If you choose to stay here, I would highly suggest getting the a room with Club Lounge access because it has better food choices for breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails and great view of the

city. But keep in mind that this is kind of a hot spot for business men, and attractions are a bit far but still manageable with the Ginza Line being close by.
In the beginning, as an IHG Diamond Member on vacation, this hotel felt more like I was woking because of all of the business men floating around. However, that all went away when the staff members came in and help me feel like it was home away from home. I want to acknowledge Ahmed Ali and Yasuyo Shimada for taking such great care of me and went above beyond the call of duty. Yasuyo shared her recommendations on what to do and where to go in Tokyo/Nikko, and Ali remembering me at every encounter, helped me with my reservation and making sure I was taken care of!
Room: I expect nothing less when staying at an InterContinental. The room is clean, well designed, great view of the city and just topnotch.
However....I will have to say that their bidet was not the creme de la creme bidet because it did not open its lid when I entered, or even blow dry for me. Crowne Plaza Hiroshima holds that title with the best bidet ever! See my review on that.
Recommendation is to book a room with club lounge access because it will make your life much easier when you travel. Smaller crowd, food is better, and staff there are attentive.
Location: I have to say that this hotel is a bit out of the way when trying to visit some attractions. However, the Ginza line is close by, but you have to walk underground to get there. I got use to it so just keep that in mind when staying here.
Staff: The staff here are professional and very attentive. Although I had access to the club lounge for breakfast, I decided to do breakfast at their restaurant on the first floor. Big mistake. I did a survey and mentioned that their food was cold, especially the fish. The only warm item was the coffee. So they called me in my room and told me that they will do their best to improve.
Side Bar: If the hotel staff are reading this, I just want to say, THANK YOU and I wish I could do more for everyone. [更少]
