Vielen Lieben Dank nochmals an das Holiday Inn in Schönefeld! Eines der wenigen Hotels mit geöffnetem Restaurant.

I would recomend this hotel based on its staff , location and comfort. I had a pleasant stay and found the hotel to have everything I needed especially since I was sent there for buisness at short notice.

Staff is super friendly, reliable and comforting. Also very efficient. Comfortable bed, good amenities. Breakfast quality during 2nd lockdown is very poor.

As soon as you enter the hotel you can see health and safety measures have been put in place, with be over way walking systems and excellent hand sanitizer machines that are readily available. After being greeted by curious staff at reception, processed effeciently.
The rooms even though are not huge, they are very cosy in size. The first thing you notice is the cleanliness of the room including the bathroom. There is a mini fridge that is useful and most important of all a very comfortable mattress with pillows to match. Heated tiles in the bathrooms are a nice touch with a shower that has excellent water pressure.
Breakfast was a buffet, a high quality choice with a cook that is available to prepare omlettes eggs etc. Coffee machine is available, teas are there too. Later found out there was a machine for orange juice as well. A pity there was no be fresh orange juice available. Health measures are in place for breakfast you have to wear gloves and a mask but once seated, it's as minor inconvenience to take others health into consideration.

Das Holiday Inn liegt sehr gut ,es sind genügend Parkmöglichkeiten da...also man kann es nur weiter empfehlen...

Hotel is conveniently located close to Schönefeld Airport in a quiet and safe area.
Rooms and beds are comfortable, breakfast is ok.

Das Personal war freundlich. Eine gemeldete technische Störung im Badezimmer wurde umgehend beseitigt

Sehr gutes Hotel mit gutem Service und ausgewogenen Frühstück.
Leider ist durch die monatelangen Baumaßnahmen z.Z. das Erreichen des Zimmers teilweise ein Survivaltraining !

Als Dauergast zwei Anmerkungen:
- Es wäre schön wenn am Abreisetag die Rechnung morgens schon fertig wäre und man nicht noch die Karte zücken muss.
- Mehr Variation beim Frühstück (Wurstsorten etc.) - ich esse seit gefühlt 2 Jahren jeden Morgen das gleiche.
Ansonsten möchte ich mich nochmal auf diesem Wege für den generell sehr guten Service und das freundliche Personal bedanken.
