Always enjoy staying at this hotel when I am in the Kansas City area, it is definitely my go-to hotel. Rizza and Rachel at the front desk always make sure that even the smallest details are taken care of before I arrive. Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I love having the ability to eat at the lounge in the lobby rather than going out and trying to find food or a beverage. John always takes great care of my dinner choices and keeps the glass full without having to ask. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, you will not regret it.

Rachel was very friendly at check in. We’ve stayed here many times and front desk is always pleasant! When restaurant was open, the staff was also very accommodating. Rooms are clean! Beds are comfortable!

There is currently construction going on in the hotel. I figured they would put me as far away as possible as the hotel did not seem busy whatsoever. Instead I was placed right next to the construction and as a result I didn’t get much rest.

I found someone else’s medication on the floor behind the nightstand, so I’m starting to wonder about the deep clean they say each room gets before I arrive

Holiday always provides the same experience and reliability. Clean rooms same floor plans so I feel like home. Especially during this Covid problem. I can trust them.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the KC Area this is the property to stay at because you are so close to restaurants, shopping opportunities and at the end of the day enjoy a refreshing drink at the bar with a appetizer or meal.
The Staff does a Great Job to make you feel like home and been staying here for many years and the service has Not changed.

The fire sprinkler system engaged due to construction/remodeling in progress. I was eating breakfast when the Sprinkler System engaged flooding the Hotel. The staff went way beyond to help guests get out of their rooms, help with luggage and working diligently to get everyone out safely and quickly.
A new experience in the world of travel!

During my stay there was a problem in some rooms which affected my belongings. The management notified me right away and resolved the problem quickly. Their newly remodeled room are terrific and I look forward to staying there again soon.
