Convenience is key!

Excellent location near Centene Community Ice Arena, historic St. Charles, casinos and Creve Coeur Park. Easy access to I70.
Comfortable bed but no breakfast

The location was convenient (but tricky after exiting the highway) the bed was very comfortable. No breakfast—the front desk said they hadn’t had it for a while and didn’t know when they would. My son had stayed here a couple months ago before taking a flight and said there had been breakfast offered then either. Not sure why that is, but everything else was fine.

The staff and manager really went out of their way to suggest some local foods, locales, and activities to try while we were in town. This really made the difference between a good night and a great night.

The staff was very nice and had me checked in quickly. It was nice to have great customer service after a long day in the road.

The room was clean and quiet. Personnel were kind and efficient. The airport shuttle was on time and friendly. I would have liked to have been greeted by acknowledgment of being an IHG Rewards holder and possibly receive 500 bonus points or even bottle of water, but other than that, the hotel was nice.
Nothing as advertised

The restaurant was not open - we were told this at time of check in. Thankfully the location is good so Denny's and Waffle house was close by. The ice machine did not work nor did the ice machine. It seems as though this hotel is full of false advertisements.

This hotel did not seem designed for leisure travel. Mostly meeting rooms were being used. Does not have a breakfast, but somehow has an option to buy a breakfast package. The morning front desk staff was great, as well as the staff member working overnight. The guy that works the evening and the shuttle driver may be the most rude people I have ever came across at a Holiday Inn. They acted completely annoyed that they had to help! I would not come back to this hotel.

The hotel was under remodel and the regular elevators were not working, The staff was very nice and friendly and made the stay fun and enjoyable.

there were some issues, restaurant/bar was closed, no breakfast/evening cocktail. The ice machine was only on a couple floors, had to go to the mail floor for ice. The elevators- you had to use a freight elevator. I do have two stars for location and comfortable bed.

Front desk staff was extremely unprofessional from the way they interacted with guests and the way they dressed (one girl was in a sweatshirt and sweatpants. Spent approximately 30 minutes stuck in the elevator. The fire department came and said "oh this one again" you would think if this was an ongoing issue it would be addressed. The only good thing was the bar and the food. Never again will I visit this property.
