Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great stay this is a beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet, no problems of any kind. The desk staff didn't seem all that interested in us at any time we came by. They did help us, but that extra little smile or comment was missing. Overall, a great stay! March 25, 2015

I recently stayed at the Holiday inn Airport West in Earth City and was very pleasantly surprised at how enthusiastically I was greeted by the hotel staff. I immediately got checked in and received help with my luggage. The lobby was very inviting and a great place to meet and greet friends. In fact, we had a cocktail and dinner on property. The service was excellent! I'm certainly looking forward to my next stay at this property. March 20, 2015

As I asked about picking up the shuttle from the airport after dropping off a rental car, they set up a shuttle to pick up at the rental car location. This saved me at least 30 minutes in time. When I called just before making the reservation, I was told they would pay for a taxi if the shuttle couldn't be there in time to pick me up and take me to the airport. Turns out the shuttle was five minutes earlier than expected, and I made it to the airport with time to spare. March 11, 2015

It appears most of the rebuilding is through,Malones is up and running and other than the construction dumpster outside you would never know it was damaged. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Walked in on someone I frequently stay in this area. Over the last 5 months, I have been given a room, that was booked to someone else, 4 times at this location. 2 out of the 4 times, I have walked in and have seen someone and had to explain that the desk gave me this room. Not only does this make it awkward for myself, it upsets the person I walk in on. In a hotel, you should never feel concerned that someone has a key to your room! The staff needs to fix this problem immediately! I went back downstairs and demanded someone from their staff to look at the room before I walked into my replacement. This is unacceptable and the hotel should keep better tracking of their available rooms. This is likely my last stay at this hotel. March 8, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst IHG Property I have ever been to Could not believe this place. Got in at Midnight, everything was ready for me, this was the highlight of my stay! Got to my room- not serviced, Totally unmade. Got a new room, only 2 hangers in the closet. Told there was no water in executive floor rooms, there was, so I did not take the 500 points but the welcome bag I did not need! Have a lounge not OPEN! Business Center Printer does not work. (14 jobs in the queue) staff clearly not responsive! But I did get my room switched....Restaurant- Took WAAAAY too long for breakfast. Then was clearly not worth the money. I know it is under construction but I am likely going to choose a HI Express over the full service offering in this location or stay further away from my business (stay at the airport) this was totally UNSAT and NOT what I have come to expect from IHG!
