Good solid choice

Nice comfortable hotel, helpful staff, quiet room despite being next to a busy road and good darkness at night. My only issue was the lighting in the bedroom wasn't great.
One hiccup with another guest being given my room after I'd checked in - we both got a bit of a shock when he walked in! But no harm done, the staff were very apologetic and offered me a complimentary breakfast.
Top tip - don't put your key card next to your phone. They're very sensitive and will stop working.

From start to finish it was a nightmare room wad not allocated for 3 adults on arrival was told hotel policy 2 adults per room , I showed my confirmation but was left waiting 2 hrs after travelling 4 hrs ,why was I booked into a room by the hotel themselves if 3 adults are not allowed?

Having stayed at this hotel many times and on this stay I was put in room at the far end of corridor with inadequate heating. The room was on the far end and the bathroom (which had a small window) was bitterly cold and mould spots on the ceiling (which I imagine are unavoidable given conditions). I mention this on checkout but nothing was done and staff did not seem bothered ( why ask how was your stay then). It does not help the hotel have removed all heated towel rails. I have more stays coming up so hoping this is a one off and I don't need to reconsider where I stay in Farnborough - last week I stayed in a budget hotel due to high rates at Holiday Inn and I have to say it was better then this experience. Overall the Staff here are very good with a nice bar area.

I have stayed many times here and always like the relaxed feel and great staff. .Nothing is ever a problem and the lounge becomes your living area. with a good selection of beverages.
the staff were fantastic all the way through the hotel and full credit to the management team for creating that environment.

Brilliant Christmas experience with lovely friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us
Lovely breakfast & the Bar is Fab
Wonderful service throughout from the management to the Maids
Great location easy to access Trains buses motorways etc
Would highly recommend staying here

Stayed over Christmas period visiting family locally.
Hotel was the perfect stopover and thoroughly enjoyed our time.
Staff, food and cleanliness was perfect throughout.
Will be back again next Christmas if not before.

Had a good stay. Occasion was a family birthday with many family members staying here. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice, fresh, great service form the chef with eggs etc. We stay here 2 or 3 times a year and will come back.

Large room (suite) bad lighting and nowhere to do make up other than bathroom. Staff pleasant, breakfast excellent, just did what needed to be done.

Wonderful location and friendly staff. Room and toilet especially were a big let down. Seeing the main entrance, welcome lobby and general areas would lend to assume the rooms were also modernised, this is not the case. Heavy traffic in rooms due to hotels ball room /function room facilities.

The room was great, the bathroom was clean and tidy with a great shower and the marble sink was a great feature. The bed was the perfect size for two of us and it was a decent sized room with a TV and wardrobe. The hotel itself was great, it has a gym, bar and function rooms. The only issues were at night the vents did make a noise, I’m not sure if it was water but it only lasted 10 mins and I was able to get to sleep quite quickly. Also on the breakfast morning, we weren’t greeted by any staff so we weren’t sure what to do and the fruit salad I had wasn’t great but the fry up my boyfriend had was delicious he said and there was a great selection to choose from. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff were lovely and the room is great value for money.
