Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Service by David (Reception supervisor) I was greeted on check in by David (who was also mentoring a new member of staff - seeing to other guests). My wait was minimal and was checked in very quickly. Upon check out and I was again greeted by David and raised an issue that I experienced during my stay, I was pleasantly surprised at how David dealt with my issue and I was more than satisfied with outcome and options that he offered. It was down to this service that I did not cancel by future booking at Jesmond and also the reason I am leaving a high rating. I hope David's service is suitably recognised by the the hotels management, and is rewarded accordingly. He is a credit to the Hotel and as a former Retail manager, I was recommend a pay reward, to ensure he service skills are not snapped up by Holiday Inn competition.. April 15, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room Having stayed at this Hotel before,I was disappointed as to the size of the room (Room 104) also first time stayed in a room with a glass door for the Bathroom there was no privacy when in the bathroom, As mentioned I have stayed at this Hotel before and as last time the staff were more than helpful,I will be staying at this Hotel again in the near future,I just need to make sure I dont get room 104 again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Another good stay I stay here a lot and it is a good hotel that is reasonably quite given the busy road, the food in the restaurant is very good and many people eating are not residents. A good comfortable nights sleep was had and the bathroom looked practically new.. I'll be back thank you April 4, 2016
