Great check in and check out experience, friendly staff, dedicated room cleaning staff.
No major issues, a good value stay for the area

Not a clean hotel at all, sheets were dirty, bathroom had hair and dirt on floor, sink, and in shower. Unable to sleep well at night. Not clean at all. Only good thing is that it was close to busch gardens.
The right location before a busy day

We stayed here the night before going to Busch Gardens. The hotel is 3 minutes from the park, and they offer a free shuttle service which saved us $30 on parking! Extremely helpful, and our car was allowed to stay at the hotel all day for free even though we weren't staying the next night. Breakfast was great! Love being an IHG reward member!

Tara and Rick provide an excellent customer experience and make going to Busch Gardens easy and convenient. The shuttle runs 30 minutes before the park opens and until 30 minutes after close to maximize your time in the park. The staff keeps breakfast well stocked and there's always hot coffee in the lobby. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was reasonably priced, close to Busch Gardens and the pancake machine is awesome to watch! The rooms were very clean, comfortable and I felt at home inside the room! Bed was comfortable the place was clean!Next time I'm in the area, I will be staying here again!

NIce hotel close to busch gardens with shuttle service. No maid service was offered to us during our stay. Breakfast was typical continental Style with hot and cold choices. It is on the main drag so expect some road noise and sirens from police and fire. Overall we had a decent stay with a few minor inconveniences.
Bad breakfast experience

I appreciate that the bounce back from COVID has been a challenge but to find that there was no milk at breakfast and no one within the hotel had the foresight to pop to a store and buy some was not excusable. I expected better from IHG.
Also being woke up at 6am by workmen laying tarmac in the carpark was not ideal.

Not the worst holiday inn I've stayed at but it definitely wasn't the best. My room had trash left on the floor between one of the beds and the wall and the water pressure was horrible. The staff was very helpful and friendly. You are definitely paying for the location (literally across the street from Busch Gardens) and not the room. All the pool chairs were torn or broken but the pool itself was nice and my kid enjoyed it.

Tara was great. She was friendly and efficient. I stayed 3 nights. The front desk person who was there when she was off was grumpy and seemed not to want to be bothered. Disappointing. The pool is truly heated. Nice and warm. It’s a loud area given the BBQ joint blasting music and the DJ in front of the store across the street, but all seemed to quiet down around 11pm. Took 3 calls to get my TV fixed. A remote control issue which was handled eventually by Gus.

I’ve stayed at a lot of holiday inn and this is the most disappointing one I’ve been to due to dirtiness. The rugs were stained with spilled spots everywhere some looking fresh like they just happened and never was cleaned and smelled bad also showers had no soap in dispensers located in shower so had to go purchase soap for the family the beds looked and smelled like they were just made never changed with clean sheets. It was just a horrible experience all together

Overall, a good experience. Loved the room shade.
Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was good .
Staff needs to monitor coffee that is available in the lobby. Also check the amenities in the shower before you get in.
