Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bright, comfortable hotel This is a very bright, comfortable hotel with great service and amenities. The hot breakfast is just what I need to get a quick start to the day. The room is very spacious and easy to get around in. It brightens my spirits every time I stay there. I like all aspects of the experience of staying here. Very well done! 21 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and room, but wasteful The room was great and so was the service. My only concern was how wasteful some of the practices are. Only styrofoam cups and plates were used for breakfast. Compostable plates are equally "nice" and are better for the environment. Even using real dishes and cutlery is a better option. Also, there was no option to reuse towels. I was in the hotel for 3 days. I don't need a new towel every day. 17 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just What I Needed My family and I arrived to St.Jacobs looking for a much needed holiday. We were overtaken by how new and clean the hotel was. The staff are wonderful and do an excellent job in maintaining the property. Kudos to Chelsea, Gill, Mike R, Bill and Winsome and Michael Walsh. GM Naushad Ismail came to speak to us at breakfast and was a delight to deal with. We will be back again! 17 February 2015

I was glad with responds to the questions I asked. My daughters enjoyed the stay more so then I. I my daughter even left a note on the bed hoping that one of the cleaning staff might fined it. She wanted to make the staff feel great about the job they did. So well DONE STAFF at the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS in ST. JACOBS WATERLOO!!!!!! 01 February 2015
