Great Value for the price

Great water pressure for the shower, but the shower head needed to be replaced, water was everywhere on the bathroom floor after I showered, needs to be renovated to the new blue express. The rooms are dated.

This may be suppressed. I feel sever thing can be approved on but just because I'm going to say something negative this is going to be silenced. Basically breakfast (too early) and restroom(ran out of shampoo). The front desk dude was a vibe.

Very bad service. Can not cancel, breakfast late

When I made the reservation, this hotel is almost the most expensive one in that area. Although the review of the this hotel is very bad, i still thought IHg would not be so bad. But I was wrong.
The Hotel front desk is professional but not really friendly. The breakfast start at 7:00 am. I need go out early in the morning. When I ask if I can grap bread or muffin in the early morning. They just told me the breakfast only open at 7:00 am.
In the morning 6:30 am, I saw the service is working in the breakfast room, I ask may I get a piece of bread or beagle. The service in the breakfast room was so unhappy, made me feel I am a beggar to ask food.
The toilet in my room was locked. I called front desk to send room service to open the toilet room. Front desk request me to come down to front desk to pick up the key. After I came down to the front desk, then, the front desk said he will inform the room service to go up my room to open the door for you. Looks like they want to play with the guest.

The most terrible thing, I check out two days early before my reservation. Talked with the front desk. Front desk approved my early checkout , and print the receipt for two night charging. Later, the hotel General manager called me and told me I will be billing for 4 nights. I only stay in the hotel for two night, and told them I check out and got the print receipt, but the hotel still charge me four night.
I had the most awful experience in my twenty years experience with IHG group. And i am a Spire Elite memebership.
I wrote many reviews on IHG hotel. Even if there is a little shortage in some of the hotel, I will give 5 star positive feedback. I believe the hotel will improve the condition. I won't give negative feedback.
But, for this hotel, it is not deserve one star.
Do not take risk to destroy your mood in your trip.

The hotel was safe and clean. The only issue was the walls are not at all insulated so it was cold in the room without the heater running all night

Front Desk Help

There were a lot of guest in at this place, and they seemed to be making a lot of fuss over the staff. One was even yelling at the employees! I think the staff really handled things well, so I hope this helps in any sort of way!

Covid 19 , masks signs not respescted by many guests, in elevator, and, lobby.

The manager Mrs. Helena and her staff were very helpful during our 10 days stay.
The Weekend breakfast was challenging ,,20 peoples in Line between 7 am and 9 am. Only one helper to " pack " the breakfast...
Covid masks were not enforced for around 2 dozen guests, waiting in line for their breakfast, regardless of the signs in the elevator and lobby.
Very risky situations for the other guests.
