The rooms are always nice and clean. All the expected amenities. Staff are always warm and friendly and helpful.

I found the staff to be very friendly and hospitable for the duration of my stay. The hotel was very clean and I appreciated the hard work put in my the hotel staff to help keep my room and the rest of the hotel in great shape! The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations, based on my previous experiences at other hotels. I would definitely recommend that others stay here!

Checked in to a dirty washcloth hanging in our shower. Second day no maid service or fresh towels. They literally ignored our service room light and our request to the front desk staff before we left for the day. Not up to usual Holiday Inn Express standards.
Good hotel pillows need to be updated

This Holiday Inn is my go to! It makes it super easy when traveling and I don't even check other hotels in the area anymore. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking is super easy and doesn't cost extra. I love the back door access right off the elevator so I can come and go without walking through the lobby. Also, has a great breakfast with many options including gluten-free. Great place to stay!

I stayed at this hotel several years ago and was highly satisfied, unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. The hotel overall was not as clean and well maintained as before.
Also the ventilation system in our room was extremely rattling and noisy, so sleeping was not an option. I don’t believe we will be returning to this hotel in the future

We were very impressed with the bathroom especially the lit up mirror, very cool and gave just the right light. I even took a picture of it
The beds were very comfy
Ok hotel in an area without a lot of options.

Staff are friendly; however, the room wasn't very clean and it wasn't ready at check in time.
