I liked the hotel a lot. Very near to the airport, clean, and all staff members are friendly. The hotel manager, Mr. Haroon is a real gentleman. He is very helpful and I believe his positive attitude influences the whole staff to act like him.

Poor service- no hot water

Hotel is close to the airport but that’s all positive I can think of. There are probably 20+ other hotels in the vicinity and you won’t go wrong with any of those.
There was no hot water for the shower and the management didn’t solve the issue. They didn’t even offer to change the room - told me that this is how it works.

Woke up due to the noises of construction next to my room. Due to this my sleep got ruined as well as my wife. There was no items in mini bar as well. Only few channels in TV. Otherwise room and bathroom was clean but hotel staff could’ve given us another room so that we could sleep peacefully without any construction noise

We stopped for a little less than 10 Hours and we had some food and slept. The sleep was very comfortable and the foos was good, but a little overpriced. However, we were able to get quick access to the shuttles to the airport, which was very convenient.

Amazing service, friendly staff and very relaxing hotel

Me and my wife were travelling and we had a transit of 16 hours at Dubai Airport. We decided to stop at the Dubai Airport hotel to sleep and relax till our next flight. The hotel had provided an easy transfer service from the airport to the hotel and hotel to the airport which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They had everything ready for us. The morning breakfast was delicious with variety to choose from. My special thanks to the two staff named Surya and Padam. They were so very hospitable towards us and made sure we were looked after. The hotel room itself was very comfortable and we had a very relaxing stay.

Great place close to Airport

We stayed here during a long transit and being so close to T3 Dubai Airport and a very convenient bus shuttle every half hour. The hotel was very clean, staff excellent and as we left early we were offered a takeaway breakfast.
We will definitely stay here again.

A special thanks to all the hotel staff. Specially to Manan front office manager. He was kind enough to get us picked up from the Airport from a late flight from Turkey.
We really enjoyed a special breakfast meal prepared by the Holiday Inn Express kitchen chef. This was the best lavish breakfast prepared at a limited service hotel.
This hotel is less than a mile away from the DXB Airport.
