Great location if you need a stopover. Free shuttle to/from the airport.
Rooms are small, but have everything you need and are very clean.
Breakfast is great (as is dinner buffet). Staff are friendly and efficient. Overall this is a hassle free hotel. Everything runs smoothly.

問題なく無料シャトルでピックアップしてもらえました。
私が一番懸念していたのがバス停。
到着階のCOSTA COFFEE近くの出口から出て、
道路を渡り、2番目の島まで行くと何かで
目にした気がしましたが、実際は道路を渡ることなく
出口を出て直ぐに右、道路がターミナル側に膨らんでいる
停車場のところがピックアップ場所でした。

Great location. Close to terminal 3 and close to the metro station. Good soundproofing. But the hairdryer did not work. Wonderful, varied and delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Free shuttle every half hour.
Worst staying ever

Worst hotel ever. I checked in around 3am. There was some error on my reservation so front desk agent 'Thilina' asked me to book a new reservation.
I followed IHG application reservation steps and made one. Check in date was set for 5th of Nov automatically and saying that it's late night check in reservation.
However, 'Thilina' insisted that it is incorrect and the rate should be set for 6th of Nov because it's after midnight. I understood! but IHG application gave me the rate! so I asked him back why this is happening? you saw I was making a reservation with my phone. He said 'I don't know'
So! I paid more than the application got me. With Thilina rate. I was snitched by this hotel literally. I did not want to fix it because I just finished a very long flight before, I just wanted to take shower.
The room was on the second floor, and it was smelly humid.
I am a Platinum Ambassador member, but surprisingly Thilina and the other agent never mentioned my membership status even after I named myself! still no mention. Very disappointing.
In next morning, one of the front desk agents sent fruit platter. Funny thing is someone took a strawberry out of the platter on the way... Could the service be worse?
I'd rather stay at the airport. I will never come back.

Good hotel with modest buffet breakfast and helpful staff also location is good thanks to airport shuttle provided by the hotel... overall I recommend it

Quick and efficient check in. Room uncluttered ideal for short stay. Easy wifi connection. Staff polite and supportive. Shuttle service frequent and functional. Overall excellent experience prior to taking flight.

Once again, this time around, my stay was a pleasurable one.
I especially wish to give credit to the Great-Room Staff for a ‘very nicely done’ experience;
Being greeted, food quality and selection, and service.
I appreciate all that you do to make my stay valued.

床铺很干净,很舒适。虽然是一楼也没有潮的感觉。通风很好。
