Convenient Location, Clean Rooms, Good Service

This was our second stay at this location. They left a favorable impression on us with our initial stay, so of course I booked here again for this most recent visit. The staff were very willing to help when we required their assistance and other than our A/C unit not really conditioning the air so much as blowing it around, we found the room met our needs. The water pressure in the shower was adequate without abrading off the outer layers of skin. The bed linens were fresh and the pillows malleable to our needs. This is our go-to hotel for our trips to CO.

The facility is relatively new, is well maintained and very clean. We had two rooms and all guests were pleased with the experience.
Would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a late-night one-night stay while passing through. You never know about these hotels, but I was very impressed on how clean it was and the professionalism of the person who checked me in, Michael What a great guy.

This hotel is beautiful! We were greeted kindly, there were fresh cookies! The breakfast was amazing, the breakfast potatoes...chefs kiss! The hotel is located very close to Denver and to Estes Park. The pool was clean as were the rooms! Definitely will be coming back!

I really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel is very refreshing, and I can definitely tell the employees there appreciate their job. Anthony was very nice at check-in. It seems like Michael was on every shift. he was silly with my kids again, you can tell the appreciation of his job going above and beyond. We for sure will definitely be back during the summer.

I enjoyed my stay at a very nice, clean hotel. There were plenty of good breakfast options. Michael at the desk was very friendly; he ensured my family's stay was pleasant.

Wonderful time with great and helpful service and a clean and quiet room. Excellent value for the fashionable location. Breakfast was fresh and with plenty of selections. Safe and well lit parking next the the building entrance.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. My room was taken care of well and if I had extra requests, they were taken care of right away. The bed was comfortable, and the room temperature was easily controlled. It was also very quiet in this part of town. I loved my stay at this hotel and will come back. I visit twice a year and this will be where I choose to stay. Thank you all!

day 1 walked into room and noticed a pair of underwear on the floor between the bed and wall
day 2 we did not request any clean up or replacement towels.
day 3 we left for clean up there was no replacement of kleenex or toilet paper. I had to go to the lobby to collect,
day 4 the towels were not replaced even though =we left on the floor. again I had to go to the lobby to get replacements.
day 5 i complained to lobby personal they order a complete cleaning .
beds had new sheets and towels were replaced,

The staff was very helpful and worked very hard to accommodate my allergy needs! The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient! The manager Michael is very conscientious and cares about guests having a quality experience. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re ever in Denver.

Nice, quiet, and clean. Breakfast had great options and Oat Milk. I was happy to see Michael put out those warm cookies; very friendly person.
