A great place for a detour visit. While on business, I needed a place to stay with the oncoming storm. I had some extra points to use which made price point flexible. And check in was easily accessed. Availability and location we're also a plus.

The worst part about this horrible experience was how difficult it was and still is to get a real life supervisor, not at night time shift manager, but hopefully the owner, on the telephone. But if the owner really cared at all, he would be jumping at the opportunity to talk to an upset customer.
But the owner can't be found. Because he could care less.
And the telephone customer support is not only worthless, they run you around in circles, and then tell you that they don't really care it at all anyway.

Second time I stayed here due to its proximity to a facility I visit And requested daily cleaning first time they failed to clean the room two out of three nights that I stayed there, which I reported, and they Promised to do better They did not so I had to escalate the request to the property manager
Gave them a second chance stayed again just recently, Confirmed twice before exiting the check-in desk that they would do daily cleaning, but I encountered the same issue complained once they seemed more concerned that I had towels than ensuring the room got cleaned. It wasn’t clean the second night I just gave up.
Nothing worse than seeing signs advertising, their high quality of cleanliness yet they’re unable to clean a room

The staff cannot keep up with the breakfast, no selection while I was there and I didn’t have time to wait for the food to be replenished. Coffee was fine, but the coffee counter was cluttered with boxes of creamer, therefore I had to use a table to make my coffee. The employee was completely overwhelmed with her job.

We have stayed at a few locations and Columbia was the best by far. Very nice , love the room for gatherings, it made our softball tournament weekend very fun. Rooms were amazing. We will be back.

Hotel room had a smell. They sent maintenance to check out the smell. They did nothing. On my reservation we were to have fridge and microwave and there was not. We had medicine that needed a fridge for over nights stay. Front desk said there was never those things in standard room offered to store it in a fridge behind front desk. I found that assured that they would offer that that. People don't want their personal items out of their sight.
I had proof it was offered. They ran out of some of the food items. For the 2 nights we stayed. Staff said they weren't allowed to order to replenish their stock.
Love this location, particularly the breakfast food and staff!

We have been coming for a couple of year now and just LOVE the ladies that work in the breakfast area! Food is really fantastic and they are so nice!

We were in Columbia for a family member that had a medical stay. When we booked the hotel it was because of its proximity to the MU hospital. I am a gold member at the time of posting and have stayed at a number of IHG properties. I thought that there would be equiped with a refrigerator and microwave since I am traveling with someone that has medicine needing refrigeration. Upon going to the room after a long day at the hospital we found there was no refrigerator. During our stay, we tried the breakfast on the first morning. It was a subpar quality breakfast. The hot food was cold, and you could tell the eggs were powdered. The staff blew us off and stated that the property was a cheaper price due to the lack of in-room amenities. (which was not cheaper). We stayed three nights and had no housekeeping and had to go get my own towels and washrags because they didn't refresh the room.

The second night of my cross country trip, booked IHG all the way. This hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. Wasn’t as nice as my stay in the IHG in Clarkesville, TN, but would still recommend.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, lots of breakfast choices. Great location for Columbia VA, MU hospital or Mizzou.

This is a great location to stay one single night or for longer derations even which I have done on many occasions. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful stay!!
